Welcome to the RLSH Crime Fighting Division

The code of the RLSH (Real Life Superheroes) is Safety-Service-Justice. This blog is designed to honor that code, while expanding upon that philosophy in a way that is compliant with The Law. Understand that not all things discussed are legal in every state, and wherever you reside, as an RLSH it is a fine line we walk, but walk it we must. No persons under the age of 18 should ever attempt to be a crime fighter, and should stick to the RLSH basics of MUCH NEEDED public service, helping the poor, and patrolling for trouble to notify police of. This blog will not only cover the basics of Crime Fighting, but also advanced tactics, and tips and information on how to do so 100% legally.

ARMORED UP: A Guide to Becoming More Than Just A Man

So before you begin doing anything as an RLSH, you have to be prepared, in addition to your intense rigorous training you must go through, you need to be prepared for how serious a situation can quickly become. Therefore it is GRAVELY important that you "Suit" be as resistant to attack as possible. NOTHING is 100% bullet proof, but you can certainly become, "More than a Man". Many RLSH rely on Ballistics vests, and Spandex with a touch of Hokey pads. These people clearly become an easy target to take down when being faced with a killer who has a gun, or knife- or both. Creating your "Super Suit", is a long process that requires a lot of thought, because you have to be prepared to be an army of ONE.

Before you even worry about a vest, you have to consider the other parts of your body that are exposed.
Therefor it is wise to start with "Superhero Underwear".  May sound funny, but it is true, then after that we will see how to layer this for the best possible protection you can achieve while maintaining the maximum possible agility you can have while fully armored. Below are the steps broken down with product "suggestions". While bargain shopping is recommended, going with a CHEEP PRODUCT is not. The VALUE of the product you use should reflect the VALUE of your own life.

#1. Superhero Underwear
This is not at all a joke, this is a serious issue, the foundation of your suit is what's beneath it, so this is GREATLY IMPORTANT.

Wetsuits are a great undergarment to use, some have low grade Kevlar (remember this is ONLY the undergarment) they are highly flexible, well insulated, and come in an assortment of sizes colors, durability and styles, far too many in fact to list here.

#2. Ballistic Vests (or bullet proof vests)
Here we run into our first big decision to make. Use a BP vest, or just integrate Kevlar and titanium plates into our suit? We'll leave that decision to you and just show you the best 2 ways to do this, starting with the vest. Below is an example of a nice durable light weight vest.

As you can see this vest is very form fitting, and flexible, and a top choice for law enforcement personnel.

Yo can either order Kevlar panels, or use the padding inside the vest to integrate it into your suit more thoroughly. Or you can just wear the vest underneath the outerwear, its what YOUR comfortable with, and what works better for you. Additionally here is an example of military grade titanium plates that can be integrated as well:

#3. Outerwear
This part can be tricky-er? And that is getting the look you are going for while using such an opportunity to add those last touches of life saving armor.

The absolute best outerwear you can use is leather motorcycle gear, but finding suits that are flexible, is really, really hard.. However here are a few companies, and examples that may oblige your needs.

UD Replicas does all your favorites, and all are tough as nails with integrated Kevlar, as seen above they even have a nice helmet to go with it. Most of their suits are designed with maximum flexibility in mind. And while this suit means squat on its own, with the other provisions listed above, Cycle suits like this, simply add a final touch. And if some thing original is your flavor, trust me, there are plenty of companies out there that do that as well. While the example below is not ORIGINAL it is CUSTOM Made, to give you an idea of how well this can be done, we gave an example of a familiar image.

So as you can see, there are some great ways to get your suit "Up and Running".  at a relatively affordable price. All these things added together make on hell of a Super Suit indeed.

Additionally ballistic Shin Guards (as seen below), and other odds and ends can be used to layer on top of these!

  1. Dear Admin,
I browse your website, its very impressive, I love it.
Motorcycle jackets were not always a necessity but are considered a style statement. Though this philosophy is not entirely untrue, manufacturers have modified them as per requirements.

    thanks for sharing information.
Most riders tend not to pay much attention to the motorcycle jacket they are buying. It is a common mistake to make. If you have a proper motorcycle jacket,
